The Chechen Family

Abubakar is 46 years old and participates in the Zikr, a ritual dance performed by Chechen Sufi Muslims. In each Zikr, he reaches a state of ecstasy that serves as an exorcism, a form of liberation from all that his people have suffered during so many years of occupation.
